Service Excellence Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Service Excellence Specialist. This role will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional user experience for staff interacting with technology hardware and applications.

This customer-centric position requires the ability to provide simplified, streamlined support at our on-site service desks for staff encountering first- and second-level technology issues. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all endpoint devices are properly managed and CIS hardened, enhancing security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement endpoint management enhancements and ensure CIS hardening of endpoint devices.
  • Provide AV concierge support for meeting rooms, digital signage, and video conferencing.
  • Drive continuous service improvement for EUC & Digital Workplace initiatives.
  • Assist in managing assets, maintaining adequate stock controls.
  • Deliver effective onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in End User Compute solutions and maintaining high standards, with a focus on enhancing Security & Risk posture.
  • Sound knowledge of End User Compute, SOE, Intune, MS Defender, AV, Video Conferencing, Microsoft O365, and Mobility.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for investigating, problem-solving, and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow through.
  • Current driver's license required for occasional travel to other local site locations.
