Responsibilities
  • Firewall replacement and troubleshooting
  • Desktop and network issue resolution
  • Operating system installation and upgrades
  • Applying patches and updates
  • Hardware and software break-fix support
  • Network configuration (LAN, WAN, switches, routers)
  • Basic Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
  • MS Office installation and administration
Requirements
  • Experience with firewall replacement
  • Desktop and network troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of OS installation and upgrades
  • Hardware/software break-fix experience
  • Network engineering knowledge (CCNA or higher preferred)
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, switches, and routers
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Business English and local language skills
Tools to Carry
  • Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 and admin rights
  • Cisco console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB Rj45) and drivers installed
  • Software: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server
  • Screwdriver set
  • Internet data card
  • Ability to console into Cisco routers and use Webex
