Achieve success in a rapidly evolving industry by joining our organisation as a Risk Management Specialist. This key role will play a pivotal part in managing risk effectively and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to oversee Group strategy, programs, projects and emerging risks, providing insightful risk oversight.
  • Support the operationalisation of the Group Risk Management Framework, ensuring effective application and process optimisation.
  • Accurately report risk profiles and maintain risk records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate to identify meaningful metrics for monitoring overall risk levels and ensure ongoing risk management aligns with organisational risk appetite.
  • Contribute to delivering and innovating Group Risk's strategic objectives, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of risk, control and governance processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Strategy, Program Risk or Risk functions.
  • Tertiary or post-graduate qualification in business, management, risk or relevant discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of widely used risk management frameworks and their practical implementation.
