Disability Service Leadership Role

Deliver exceptional customer-focused outcomes for young people as the team leader.
- Oversee a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to manage daily program routines, staff timesheets, and program schedules.
- Implement individual plans incorporating social participation, training, employment, and referral interventions.
- Support clients in participating in and accessing age-appropriate activities and tasks.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to address complex and sensitive matters.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability.
- 5 years' experience working in the Disability sector or understanding of disability, mental illness, and the needs of parents/carers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work and communicate effectively with clients, their families, community agencies, and other professionals.
