Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as an Intake Officer. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support services to clients, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide intake support for Disability Employment Services (DES)
  • Engage with new or potential participants through phone calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Discuss and assess client eligibility for the RESP program
  • Conduct initial appointments and schedule follow-up activities as required
  • Assist with reception and office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Certificate III or higher in Office Administration or similar qualification
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to work towards customer service standards, KPIs, and targets
  • High level professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
