Project Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a leadership position in the delivery of our civil projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our team, while gaining valuable experience and skills.

You will work closely with an experienced team and senior leaders, driving the delivery of projects and maintaining a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to project specifications. Your role will be critical in promoting a positive team culture and delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a leader, ideally across civil projects or similar. Experience in subdivisions with bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks would be highly regarded. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
