Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.

You will work closely with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs and expenses to stay within budget targets.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless task completion.
  • Manage linen inventory, supplies, and uniform distribution to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of lost property and guest communication.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge in housekeeping procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar hotel operations role with a strong background in housekeeping management.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and guests.
