Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and passionate business development professional to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast area.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining strategic partnerships in the grocery channel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing market share and sales through superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities in store
  • Partnering with key decision makers at store level
  • Strict adherence to provided Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
  • Contributing effectively as a member of the QLD field team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
  • Superior customer focus challenging the status quo
  • FMCG experience is desirable
