Job Summary:

As a Non-Clinical Aged Care Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking client assessments and developing support plans to assist clients in achieving their goals.

The Single Aged Care Assessment System (SAS) has been set up by the government to simplify access to aged care services.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality services to older adults and have experience working in aged care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake client assessments, reviews and development of support plans
  2. Identify, monitor and manage risks and lead appropriate escalation
  3. Maintain current knowledge of government guidelines
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in Australia or overseas directly delivering services in aged care settings and/or to aged persons
  • Relevant skills and experience
