This position requires exceptional business partnering and communication skills, working closely with Asset Management, Capital transactions and Finance teams to create and update fund models, prepare investment summaries and reports, and assist with financing for projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining portfolio and fund budgets, managing cash flow for projects, and supporting due diligence for acquisitions. Strong financial modeling skills, proficiency in MRI and Forbury, and advanced Excel skills are essential.
