Implementation Planning and Activation Specialist

This critical role oversees the activation of client campaigns to ensure best-in-class delivery for clients consistently. The successful candidate will shape effective, efficient, creative, and future-facing implementation plans and media schedules for clients to deliver business growth.

The Implementation & Activation team is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation for clients. Our team members work across all channels and both implementation planning and activation, or specialise and work across a more focused scope of work.

As a specialist, you are responsible for helping build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service. You must have a clear understanding of the in-scope services of your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond.

Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning and activation. Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.

Passion for our industry, with relevant technical and people leadership experience, strong up-to-date media landscape knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving mentality, clear communication skills, and well-developed negotiation and implementation planning skills are required.
