Brand Development Manager

We're seeking a full-time Brand Development Manager for experience across brand development and campaign creative. Ideally you'll have at least 5 years experience in a design role.

You'll be responsible for the creative implementation of strategic brand ideas through the design of identity systems and branded experiences, as well as art directing campaigns and shoots.

This is an opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced strategists, creatives and developers on integrated brands and award-worthy campaigns across the consumer and b2b sectors.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years experience in a design role
  • A deep understanding of, and passion for, creating brands
  • Experience in designing brand identity frameworks
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, think on your feet and prioritise workload
  • Proactive self-motivator with a keen interest in design and strategy
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Agency experience

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Here's what you'll be involved in day to day:

  • Work with the senior team to define brand and campaign strategy
  • Design brand identities and frameworks
  • Concept creative for B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Art direction of shoots, digital and motion
  • Artwork and production
  • Guardianship of our client brands
  • Clear communication with client and internal agency team
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
  • Pitching and presenting creative to clients
  • Leading the development and improvement of design processes
