  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues within campaign workflows, integrations, and data syncs.
  • Data Access and Solutions: Provide solutions for accessing data on multiple platforms to support multiple lines of business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with relational databases, marketing technology, or SQL query-based analytic tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT, Compliance, and Line of Business team members.
  • Experience with Campaign Management tools.
