We are partnering with rapidly expanding D2C powerhouses on their search for a Creative Performance Strategist based on the Gold Coast.

Our ideal candidate will lead the creative charge behind paid media strategies, blending compelling storytelling with data-driven insights to develop ad creatives that stand out and convert.

From scripting dynamic video ads to crafting static briefs and designing test frameworks, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping performance-driven content that delivers real ROI.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the creative strategy for paid media campaigns combining persuasive copy with performance data.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts tailored for digital platforms.
  • Partner with design and marketing teams to deliver engaging results-focused campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to fine-tune messaging and boost ROI.
  • Build and manage creative testing frameworks that drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience in direct response or performance marketing.
  • A proven track record managing creative strategies for ad accounts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights.
  • Expertise in conversion-focused copywriting across a variety of formats.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile team.
