Product Launch Lead

As a seasoned product manager, you have the unique opportunity to lead the launch of a high-impact new business line in a rapidly scaling company.

This senior individual contributor role plays a pivotal part in shaping strategy, driving execution, and uniting diverse teams behind a high-profile launch.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan that aligns multiple workstreams (digital product, operations, marketing, brand, supply chain) to deliver a successful market entry.

  • Drive product-market fit by leading rapid iteration and testing to improve customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction post-launch.

  • Champion customer outcomes by embedding insight, experimentation, and quality into every decision.

  • Act as the glue across a lean squad and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and momentum.

  • Prioritise ruthlessly balancing long-term strategy with pragmatic execution under tight timelines.

  • Proven experience shipping complex, customer-facing products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • Strong launch or scale-up experience, ideally having worked on zero-to-one products or new business lines.

  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to messy problems, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

  • A customer-first mindset comfortable using data and research to drive insight-led decisions.

  • Comfort flexing across digital and operational challenges — from funnel optimisation to campaign readiness.

  • Natural communicator with the ability to influence without authority.
