Product Growth Director

This position is a vital component of our organization, where you will be responsible for spearheading the launch and growth of a new customer offering.
About the Position- You will oversee the path to launch, aligning multiple workstreams (digital product, operations, marketing, brand, supply chain) to deliver a successful market entry.
- Drive product-market fit, post-launch, by leading rapid iteration and testing to improve customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Champion customer outcomes, embedding insight, experimentation, and quality into every decision.
- Act as a connector, ensuring alignment and momentum across a lean squad and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing long-term strategy with pragmatic execution under tight timelines.
- Proven experience shipping complex, customer-facing products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong launch or scale-up experience, ideally having worked on zero-to-one products or new business lines.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to messy problems, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
- A customer-first mindset, comfortable using data and research to drive insight-led decisions.
- Comfort adapting across digital and operational challenges — from funnel optimization to campaign readiness.
- Natural communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
