  • About the Role:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering occupational rehabilitation services.
  • Drive innovation in service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and modelling to maximise outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers, and healthcare partners.
  • Ensure SIRA compliance, ISO accreditation, and delivery of evidence-based models.
  • Inspire leaders and consultants to achieve ambitious KPIs & return-to-work outcomes.
  • Champion growth strategies including tender submissions, new service lines & grants.

Key Requirements:

  • Allied Health qualification (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or similar).
  • Registration with relevant professional body in Australia.
  • Proven senior leadership experience within Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • Strong financial acumen – budgeting, modelling, and performance metrics.
