This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary Executive to lead, innovate and elevate service delivery across high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in service delivery, compliance and client satisfaction while overseeing financial performance, budgets and modelling to maximise outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team delivering occupational rehabilitation and prevention services, influencing stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers and healthcare partners and ensuring SIRA compliance and ISO accreditation.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience within occupational rehabilitation, a proven track record of achieving ambitious KPIs and return-to-work outcomes and excellent financial acumen with budgeting, modelling and performance metrics.
