About the Role
Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering Occupational Rehabilitation & Prevention Services
Drive innovation in service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction
Oversee financial performance, budgets, and modelling to maximise outcomes
Influence stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers, and healthcare partners
Ensure SIRA compliance, ISO accreditation, and delivery of evidence-based models
Inspire leaders and consultants to achieve ambitious KPIs & return-to-work outcomes
Champion growth strategies including tender submissions, new service lines & grants

What You Will Need
Allied Health qualification (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or similar)
Registration with relevant professional body in Australia
Proven
senior leadership experience
within Occupational Rehabilitation
Strong financial acumen – budgeting, modelling, and performance metrics
