Cultural Workforce Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cultural Workforce Strategist to join our team at Empire Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-level human resource advisory services and contribute to a positive and safe work environment by ensuring conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer expert HR advice to senior managers, interpreting and applying public sector legislation, policies, and agreements to address complex workforce matters, including case management and organisational change.
- Using workforce data, metrics, and business insights to develop and implement long-term strategies that enhance workforce capability, staff engagement, and business improvement.
- Leading the development and review of HR projects and capability initiatives to align with our Strategic Workforce Plan.
- Driving the integration of Queensland public sector strategic workforce priorities into HR policies, procedures, and operational activities.
- Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment through culturally respectful and ethical practices.

About YouYou will be responsible for championing cultural initiatives and contributing to a positive and safe work environment. As a senior member of our People and Culture team, you will play a key role in providing trusted HR advice, services, and innovative strategies to support our organisation's objectives.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an identified role under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld). It is a genuine occupational requirement that the successful applicant is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
