Speech Pathologist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for you to work in regional, rural and remote communities, providing high-quality speech pathology services to clients and contributing to the achievement of our practice's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual allied health care services to clients with diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support the growth of our practice.
  • Determine priorities and manage caseloads effectively to meet agreed timelines and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
  • Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with 3 years or more experience.
  • Membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children and young people) or willingness to apply for a Blue Card.
  • NDIS Worker Screening – Yellow Card.
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate.
  • Current Drivers Licence (Qld 'C' class licence).
