We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our real estate entity as a strategic powerhouse and operational expert.

  • About the Role:

    This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional who can combine strategic direction with operational oversight to ensure excellence in property sales, leasing, and management.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute growth-focused business plans, identify market opportunities, and lead service expansion.
    2. Fulfil duties as Licensee-in-Charge, ensuring adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements, including trust account oversight, audits, and professional conduct standards.
    3. Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams. Drive a collaborative culture focused on accountability, professional development, and succession planning.
    4. Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and community stakeholders. Represent the agency in industry forums and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
    5. Manage divisional budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and oversee pricing and commission frameworks.

Successful candidates will have at least 10 years' experience working in facilities or property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, and computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and asset management systems.
