Leadership Role in Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and achieving success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial performance of the west region, focusing on business development and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Develop innovative solutions for complex challenges and represent the company to clients.
  • Manage and develop a team, improving efficiency and nurturing talent while ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and maintain industry knowledge to provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders, identifying cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in property consulting with a proven track record in various assignments.
  • A master's degree in real estate, urban planning, business administration, or related field; MRICS preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage P&L, and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent business development skills and understanding of real estate market dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
