Technical Specialist – Virtual Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist – Virtual Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating virtualized infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement virtualized infrastructure solutions using Citrix technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide expert-level support for virtualized infrastructure components, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support team members and end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our virtualized infrastructure solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing, building, and operating virtualized infrastructure solutions using Citrix technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and Domain Name Services.
  • Experience with modern ICT delivery and operational practices (DevOps), including associated operating methodologies (such as Agile).
  • Self-driven attitude toward learning new skills and adopting upcoming technologies as requirements evolve.
