Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technical issues, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with experience leading a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.
