What you can expect:

You will report to the Assistant General Manager and ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience for guests. You'll offer a warm welcome and personalised check-in, manage the guest experience throughout their stay, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail,
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and RMS Hotel Management System (preferred),
  • Proven leadership skills and team development abilities,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Experience in guest-centric roles, capable of selling property experiences.
