About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to grow their career as a Housekeeping Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized service and creating lifelong memories for our guests.

  • Supervise daily operations, plan and assign work, and assist with employee performance and development goals.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues.
  • E nsure we have the appropriate tools and equipment to carry out jobs and duties.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Complete quality inspections alongside the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Inspect public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair, and advise team members of areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury accommodation environment or similar, with extremely high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve yourself and team.
  • A reliable vehicle and driver's license (preferred).
