Financial Performance Manager
About the Role:
Work with tour managers to deliver accurate financial forecasting and reporting for live events across Australia, NZ and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tour finances including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations and final settlement reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare for artist audits.
- Provide strategic support through variance analysis, financial reconciliations and solutions to complex touring challenges.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships through transparent reporting and proactive communication.
Requirements
5+ years experience in finance within a commercial organisation. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel required. Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritise workload items.
