Job Overview

The Client Success Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and relationship management to clients across the wealth management market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales onboarding, administration, and relationship management for Rainmaker/ISS MI products.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with assigned accounts and existing/potential clients.
  • Become a product expert and provide ongoing training and support to Rainmaker clients.
  • Work closely with development, data operations, research, and marketing teams to gather client feedback for product enhancements.
  • Assist the Head of Client Success and Account Management team in developing client engagement, retention, and renewal strategies.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales to identify sales opportunities, client prospecting, upsell opportunities, and cross-product solutions.
  • Support Account Management in managing client renewal pipeline and retention targets in Salesforce.
  • Provide operational support, monitor product usage, and assist with client reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong client service, account management, and engagement skills with effective communication at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills are required.
  • A highly organized workflow with strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management is essential.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and develop as a team player is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
