We're looking for a driven and strategic Relationship Executive to take ownership of our Corporate and Commercial Healthcare portfolio in the ACT - a newly created growth role with real impact.

In this role, you'll work closely with healthcare clients, combining your industry insight with our innovative solutions to drive long-term success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
Identify new opportunities and grow your portfolio with strategic origination
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
Lead deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and risk management
Partner with analysts to ensure high-quality credit submissions
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience managing and growing client portfolios
Strong commercial acumen and a desire to deepen your financial expertise
A passion for relationship management and a commitment to regional communities
Experience in Commercial Banking and a genuine interest in the healthcare sector
A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance (highly regarded)
