This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead our Future Retirement Living Model project on a full-time 12-month contract.
About the Role:- Work in a complex service environment with multiple stakeholders and layers of change to deliver successful outcomes.
- Apply broad experience across service, technology, people, and culture change to drive meaningful impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create effective change strategies, leveraging Human Centred Design and service design principles.
- Demonstrate empathy when working with diverse groups, including seniors, carers, and community teams.
- Develop and deliver tailored change transition plans, identifying required activities and resources to ensure readiness.
- Partner with managers and project teams to embed change activities, co-design strategies, and foster an inclusive, values-driven change culture.
- Execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure organisational readiness.
- Lead communication and engagement initiatives, creating materials to build awareness and support.
- Advise and coach leaders on their role in change, and build a change mindset within the organisation.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, particularly related to business transformation projects.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
- Experience with large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
