About the Role

Our HomeStay Support service is designed to prevent homelessness and empower individuals and families to maintain their independence.

We provide case management, life skills development, and access to education, employment, and other vital services to help our clients maintain stable tenancies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to source additional support and contribute to the co-design process.
What We Are Looking For
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality casework support and case management.
  • The ability to conduct holistic assessments of complex client needs, including risk assessments, and develop effective case plans.
  • An understanding of service gaps and the ability to manage complex cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to advocate for clients and network with stakeholders.
  • Desirable: experience working with children and young people.
  • Mandatory requirements include a current Working With Children's Check and Australian Drivers Licence.
