
Financial Operations Specialist

As a key player in our financial and operational success, you will be responsible for managing cash flow and arrears collection to achieve business targets.
You will issue retailer notices, purchase orders, and support reporting requirements while acting as the first point of contact for retailer and stakeholder enquiries.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and internal teams is crucial to your success in this role.
To achieve this, you will need to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and reporting requirements while bringing prior administration or debt collection experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to manage tenancy rents and financial data with accuracy, high competency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
