Job Description:

The Operations Support Officer plays a vital role in providing administrative support to managers, contributing directly to the efficiency and quality of services delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers
  • Assist in preparing communications and correspondence for clients, residents, and staff
  • Perform data processing and quality assurance tasks in systems
  • Maintain documentation including client files
  • Prepare reports and gather operational data as required
  • Liaise with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Property
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement Programs and operational planning
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and staff
Mandatory Requirements:
  • National Police Clearance Certificate issued within the last 6 months
  • Covid vaccination and Influenza vaccination as per policy
  • Completion of pre-medical form and reference checks
  • Working knowledge of the sector
  • Significant administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in Home Care
