Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families. As a Client Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the client experience team achieves required outcomes and growth.

The ideal candidate will have care management experience within aged care, knowledge and experience of community-based care and support services, previous experience leading & managing a team, and experience in identifying, coordinating, and managing care services for home care clients (aged or disability).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Home Care Standards for all client care plans, reviews, and ongoing care.
  • Manage the Client Experience Team to ensure client care services are of a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain documentation for external parties such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the care services.

Requirements:

  • Care Management experience within aged care.
  • Knowledge and experience of community-based care and support services.
  • Previous experience leading & managing a team.
  • Experience in identifying, coordinating, and managing care services for home care clients (aged or disability).
  • Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services.
  • Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills.
  • Able to lead, positively motivate and facilitate the professional development of client care performance team within the office.
