Job Title

This role will perform a variety of duties in the coordination and scheduling of services for our clients, including fielding incoming phone calls, coordinating client services and schedules, and entering accurate information into our Relationship Management System.

The successful applicant will be required to work on a rotating roster between 7:30am and 5pm, with some public holidays also required.

As a team player, you will be confident, consultative and collaborative in nature, with strong communication skills and resilience to ensure a positive experience for clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fielding all incoming phone calls
  • Coordination of client services and schedules
  • Administrative activities to ensure quality and improvement
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to colleagues
  • Entering and maintaining accurate information in the RMS
