About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Statutory Property Manager to join our team at PSC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on statutory property functions, including effective management of land managed on behalf of other government entities, native title management, property valuation and feasibility analysis, and statutory property transactions.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and experience in project and development management. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of property valuations and an ability to undertake feasibility and cash flow analysis.
