Job Overview

This role involves managing various stakeholders and contractors, as well as coordinating tasks with committee members and owners.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to implementing preventative maintenance programs and be able to undertake reactive repairs in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for scheduling and arranging statutory certification and inspections of common property, compiling detailed progress reports, and maintaining comprehensive records and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractors and consultants efficiently
  • Liaise with stakeholders including owners, residents, strata managers, and committee members
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs proactively
  • Undertake reactive repairs promptly
  • Schedule statutory certification and inspections of common property
  • Compile detailed progress reports and maintain accurate records
