Experienced Property Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage diverse personalities.
- Successful management of contractors, consultants and coordination
- Extensive liaison with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members
- Implementation of proactive maintenance programs to prevent costly repairs
- Reactive repairs including logging, acting and responding in a timely manner
- Scheduling and arranging statutory certification and inspections of common property
- Compilation of detailed progress reports and maintenance of comprehensive records
- Representation of clients in relation to WHS and environmental requirements
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Emotionally mature individual with a positive attitude and professional presentation
- Ability to work well as a leader and member of a team
- Capacity for following quality management procedures and company policies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills
