About the Roles:

We are seeking passionate individuals to support participants to build confidence, develop skills, and achieve long-term career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Team Leader will supervise and coach team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • The Participant Engagement Consultant will walk alongside IEA participants on their employment journey and deliver tailored support to achieve employment goals.
  • The Employment & Partnership Consultant will initiate and maintain partnerships with employers to achieve successful and sustainable work outcomes for participants.
  • The Claims Officer will provide essential claims lodgement, participant, and employer support, outcome monitoring, and administrative tasks.
