Sharon Bennie is seeking a skilled Executive Residential Building Manager to join our team in the North Shore area.

Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual to take charge of a well-established residential building with 350 lots, offering a stable and secure work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the building's operations, including contractor management, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contractor Management: Ensure effective performance and high-quality work from contractors on site.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Provide guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets, and create and present monthly reports.
  • Communication: Liaise with Owners, Executive Committee members, and Service providers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Management, preferably in a similar residential setting.
  • Skillset: Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation, and WHS, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lifestyle: Ideally, you should live on or have easy access to the North Shore area.
