About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Residential Building Manager to join our NSW team in Sydney. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a career with a global leader in real estate and investment management services.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential properties, liaising with stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property, ensuring seamless communication and effective resolution of issues.
  • Manage move-ins/outs, loading dock operations, and inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules.
  • Attend committee meetings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide superior levels of customer service, responding to queries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mixed Use Developments (Shared Facilities BMC) experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, focusing on professionally written communication, highly organised, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
