About the Role
We are seeking a Women's Health Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will provide services for elective and emergency obstetrics and gynaecology.
- The role involves delivering medical care to patients with various obstetric and gynaecological conditions, including high-risk pregnancies and complex gynaecological problems.
- The successful applicant will be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- This is a major regional health service and specialist referral centre for northeast Victoria, serving a population of approximately 90,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medical care to patients with obstetric and gynaecological conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in on-call cover with other Obstetrician/Gynaecologists.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
- Appropriate experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
