Job Description:

A service manager is responsible for overseeing the complete vehicle inspection process and making comprehensive recommendations to customers. This includes delivering exceptional customer service while listening and consulting with customers, following up on services requested, estimated completion times, and more.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks. You will also maintain inventory counts, ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, and supervise up to ten employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Follow up on services requested and estimated completion times
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations
  • Supervise up to ten employees
  • Maintain inventory counts
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience in automotive
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Leadership ability
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
