Job Description

As a high-performing Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the service department and driving business growth through exceptional customer service, effective team management, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences while consulting with customers to understand their needs.
  • Coordinating complete vehicle inspections, providing comprehensive recommendations, and building repair orders.
  • Communicating pricing estimates and shop service specials to customers, promoting our services and expertise.
  • Leading, managing, and training a team of technicians to ensure they are equipped to handle a variety of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining inventory counts, ensuring facility cleanliness and organization, and performing other duties as assigned by senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in store or service management in the automotive industry.
  • General knowledge of automotive principles and practices.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
