Job Title: Resolution Specialist
">This is an opportunity to join our organization as a skilled Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective complaint resolution services to consumers and service providers. Your expertise in conciliation and investigation will help us build capacity within the community to resolve complaints directly and improve our HCSCC complaints management model.
">You will work collaboratively with Assessment Services as needed and have the ability to build strong relationships with consumers, carers, and service providers. As a member of our team, you will contribute to promoting diversity and flexible working arrangements within the South Australian public sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in complaint resolution, mediation, or a related field;">

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;">
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures;">
