Job Description:

As a logistics professional, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving errors in warehouse operations to ensure efficient performance.

You will also conduct thorough validations of warehouse invoices for accuracy and compliance with industry standards, addressing discrepancies as needed. Additionally, you will perform regular reviews of invoices from transport providers, ensuring all records are accurate.

Other key responsibilities include overseeing the upload of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to support accurate record-keeping and operational integrity. You will prepare and submit requests for write-offs and donations, maintaining thorough records for reporting purposes.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with error message management and knowledge of relevant software is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
