About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-End Litigation and Class Actions Specialist to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a prominent law firm that is acknowledged as a key player in the class actions niche.

Job Description

This hybrid mixed litigation role combines high-end commercial litigation and class actions, providing a unique challenge and opportunity for growth. As one of the firm's KEY litigators, you will report to an incredibly multi-talented Managing Partner and relish the diversity and inner fulfillment of this dual litigation practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Admitted to practice in NSW with min 2+ years post qualification experience [up to Associate level] in high-end commercial litigation and/or class actions;
  • Solid experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
  • Class actions experience (preferable) OR if none, committed to learning+ have a serious genuine interest in practising in this niche long-term [ESSENTIAL];
  • Strong technical drafting, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
  • Set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients;
