Clinical Trials Administrative Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Trials Administrative Officer. This role provides essential administrative and research support to ensure the smooth operation of study activities and successful achievement of research outcomes.

  • This includes managing the scheduling of study visits, coordinating sample processing and shipping, tracking finances and contracts, and assisting with study start-up activities.
  • The ideal candidate will also assist with patient recruitment by supporting study coordinators, and provide coordination for research events including conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues, research collaborators, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role, you will contribute to a collaborative environment that values high-quality research administration and project support. If you have strong project and administrative skills, preferably in a clinical research setting, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, 12-months fixed-term appointment. You will work from our Box Hill Hospital location, with hybrid working arrangements supported where applicable.
