Job Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Sales Lead Generator in our Coffs Harbour team.

As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and use communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.
  • Meet with guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and seamless transition through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
